Issy is a cool, fun sassy girl and when she meets her potential boyfriend-Mark-she is filled with confidents. The bonus she sees is that he likes her and she likes him! he is so handsome according to Issy! But the one doubt that Issy has about him is that he never phones when he says he will. Issy goes through this stage about 3 times in the book and doesn't understand why.
Just to make sense of things Issy decides that the reason she hasn't heard from him is because shes been out and he hasn't left a message! So issy decides to stay at home and wait for the call- this disrupts her social life and both best friends-Nesta and Lucy realise this.
Will Lucy and Nesta be pushed away? Or will Mark save the day......?
